We offer theoretical, but mostly practical training plans with targeted on-the-job training exercises and internship activities.

TRAINING OF CORPORATE R.S.P.P.

We train corporate R.S.P.P. to prepare and qualify people ready to fill a strategic position in the organizational chart. We accompany internal resources in the management of the company to familiarize them with the regulations applied to the work reality, and study concrete cases of management systems.

IN-COMPANY INTERNSHIP IN SCHOOL-TO-WORK ALTERNATION

We implement training projects involving school-to-work alternation to make participants aware of the dynamics of the world of work and an understanding of the main business phenomena in addition to field testing their skills and developing their attitudes.

STAMP FOR QUALITY ALTERNATION

Confindustria recognizes us with the BAQ, a stamp that rewards companies that distinguish themselves by implementing high quality School/Work Alternation paths by activating virtuous collaborations with second-grade schools and vocational training centers.

CURRICULAR AND EXTRA CURRICULAR INTERNSHIPS

We have an agreement with the University of Insubria in Varese to activate curricular internship paths for undergraduates who intend to complete their academic path with experiential training, and extra-curricular in order to increase their skills “in the field”.

UNIVERSITY OF INSUBRIA

We participate in the technical table organized by the University of Insubria involving social partners, institutions and stakeholders representing the world of professions to formulate proposals to improve the study paths to meet the needs of the world of work.

TRAINING WITH ROLE PLAYING TECHNIQUE

We design training courses that simulate harmful events and test and correct the behavior of emergency personnel to better prepare them in case of a real incident.
