Studio Ingegneria Noemi Milani, attentive to the needs of those working in the field of Non-Profit and Third Sector, makes its professional skills available, free of charge, to support Entities, Associations and Foundations operating in the various voluntary and non-profit fields by designing and maintaining management systems on safety and health in the workplace and providing training courses as well as supporting them with economic handouts.
Starting in 2022 we will annually donate to ANMIL 1% of the revenues earned from training to Workers.
Following our Instagram post for the donation we report ANMIL’s comment in a sense of gratitude:
“We are grateful for this choice that is certainly consistent with your mission, but especially because it will allow us to help families of labor victims who find themselves facing economic problems in addition to suffering.
An Inail annuity does not even remotely repay the loss of a hand, a leg or, worse, a life. And if through your efforts you succeed in making people understand the value of safety, you are benefactors to society. And if our stories can be helpful to you in strengthening you with testimonies of life and safety missed, we are there.
Donating to a non-profit organization puts positivity into circulation. 🌈 🙏 👨🏻🦽 🦾
Thank you”.
For the years 2020 and 2021, we have donated one percent of the proceeds from the training courses to the A.N.M.I.L. (National Association of the Disabled and Invalids at Work) association to support families and individuals who have found themselves in difficulty as a result of an accident at work, but the commitment and dedication that the firm shows every day is aimed so that no more financial support is needed.
This initiative is meant to be a demonstration of our Social Responsibility and the commitment put in place beyond mere compliance in order to improve the health and well-being of the community.
It is also an expression of our and Clients’ commitment to sustainable environmental, social and economic development, and the first step toward becoming a Benefit company, with the aim of having a positive impact on society and the biosphere.
For the year 2019 we have made available, free of charge, a training plan for forklift operators dedicated to workers seeking employment.
We dedicate our resources to the beneficiaries of anti-poverty interventions promoted by the Municipal Social Services in implementation of the programmatic document of the Area Plan of the Gallarate district ambit and of projects for accompanying job placement aimed at young people and adults in difficulty active in the area.
For the years 2016, 2017 and 2018, we collaborated with the Revolutionary Association to support it in the project sponsored by Fondazione Cariplo as part of Welfare in Action coordinated by the Gallarate Job Center by offering the provision of Training Courses for Forklift Operators and a course for H.A.C.C.P. Food Handlers dedicated to workers seeking employment.
By providing their know-how we will enable workers in need to take advantage of this important opportunity to learn new skills and improve access to the labor market and thus become a beautiful gift this Holy Christmas to those who need it most.
